PABLO OSSORIO: WINEMAKER AND TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

As a winemaker he develops his work in the vineyard and in the winery, but the 21st century demands also other dimension: communicate what you do and get society to the assumption that the wine is much more than a drink with food. The wine is a culture and the winemaker, as a professional is responsible for this product that reaches the audience, at the end you must be a craftsman, but also have an artist´s heart and soul. And Pablo Ossorio has these characteristics that came together.

Along with Juan, they have been the designers of the reality that today is the winery Clos de Lôm.

ISMAEL AND JOSÉ SANZ – RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPERTY

Born between vineyards, Ismael and José have learned and grown on our property. It was with them with whom planted vineyards of Clos De Lôm and currently follows on the day to day care at the property.

The vineyards and nature live with one sensitivity and knowledge that they do not want to give up.

They share the vision of Clos De Lom:

AGUSTIN BOLINCHES – WINERY DIRECTOR

Winemaker with experience in this sector and has been in the profession for 24 years it is great knowing all the intricacies of the winery, it makes life easier for us day by day. He gets on well with people and professionals, he coordinates and monitors the status of our wines from the initial phase until they leave on pallets to our customers.

As part of the Clos De Lôm team profile it is very versatile and is involved in each detail of the production process, breeding and logistics of the wines.

JUAN HUERTA – OEONOLOGIST WINE ADVISORY

Dedicated his working life to the wine, which he wants to make and cares for.

He studied oenology in France, after completing his studies of chemistry in Valencia, along with years of professional experience. He is a connoisseur of the varieties and the peculiarities of all the wine mapped in the area south of Valencia.

Our large team of winemakers, Paul, John and Augustine formed a winning trio for creating wines, with so much enthusiasm and affection, that we pour into your glass.

AREA SALES MANAGER – NATIONAL AND EXPORT

Vilma Noraite, Juan Luis Clemente y Jacobo Serratosa are the area sales manager of the Winery. Their daily work and continuous persistence make it possible for Clos de Lôm wines to be present both in Spain and in the rest of the countries of the 5 continents.

Sector professionals for many years, in love with their profession and with the world of wine, probably the most complex and exceptional food we have.

LUCIA SERRATOSA – DIRECTOR

Lucia is one of the 15 grandchildren of the family. She decided to devote herself to the exciting project from the winery Clos De Lom, in order to map the wines produced on the family farm, and aware of the secret that it contains. A graduate in ADE international and a master´s degree in management at the IE Business School, she is in charge of the financial management of the winery and the wines before public representation national and international.
